Prioritization is the systematic practice of choosing what to build next. Frameworks like RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) and Kano (basic, performance, delight) provide structure, but the art lies in balancing quantitative scores with qualitative judgment. Shreyas Doshi's framework distinguishes between P0 (must-have), P1 (should-have), and P2 (nice-to-have) work. For PMs, prioritization is where strategy meets execution.
